Get to know Victoria

If you’ve landed here, you likely already know that I’m a counselor specializing in women’s and perinatal mental health. But I also think it matters that you know I come into this work as a human first. I don’t sit across from you as someone who has it all figured out, but as someone who deeply understands what it is to be in process—especially in motherhood, where very little ever feels fully figured out.

What follows is a bit more of my story, both outside of the therapy room and as a clinician, and how it has shaped the way I sit with the women and mothers I work with.

More about Victoria

Where I’m from…

I’m a proud Vermont native who fell in love with Colorado in 2017, when my husband and I met in Denver—and it’s been the place we’ve considered home ever since. After four years away in Texas, we returned in early 2024 to put down roots here for good.

There are few things that make my heart happier than mountains, lakes, maple syrup, sharp cheddar cheese, and a beautiful fall day. As much as I love Colorado and all it offers, Vermont will always hold a special place in my heart and be the place I truly consider home.

I see my New England roots as one of my greatest strengths as a counselor. Growing up in Vermont shaped me to be clear, direct, and grounded in how I communicate—while also deeply valuing gentleness, warmth, relationship, and genuine connection with the clients I serve.

Who I am outside of the therapy room…

My husband and I have been married since 2018, and we are the proud parents of four children—our two boys and youngest daughter, whom we have the honor of raising here on earth, and our second child and oldest daughter, Lily, who has known perfect love and has called Heaven home since 2021.

I love spending time with my family and friends—whether we’re off on an adventure, exploring new places, catching up over coffee, or enjoying a calm game or movie night at home. There is nothing I value more than being with the people I love most and who bring out the best in me.

Outside of time with those closest to me, I also deeply value time alone to decompress and recharge. After spending a year living in Boston—where, because of my work schedule, I spent much of my time on my own—I came to truly appreciate solitude. There’s something restorative about a solo day trip, an outdoor adventure, or a quiet evening with the freedom to watch Jeopardy. As an introvert (and now a mom), I’ve only grown to cherish those quiet, still moments—even if they’re few and far between these days.

Who I am as a counselor

I believe counseling is a deeply relational process of self-growth and return to self. The work you do in therapy is sacred and meaningful, and it is a true honor to hold space for you within it.

Therapy is not only about mental health—it is about your whole being. I hold a deep respect for your well-being in all its forms: mind, body, spirit, emotions, relationships, rhythms of daily life, and the invisible weight you may carry. As integrated beings, when one part of us feels out of balance, the rest of us is inevitably impacted. Counseling becomes a space to gently reconnect these parts and restore a sense of steadiness, alignment, and ease within yourself.

My work is grounded in an integrative, person-centered approach, anchored in presence, attunement, and relational depth. I believe healing happens in the context of being deeply seen and safely known. In our work together, your lived experiences, values, identity, motherhood, hopes, and beliefs are not only welcomed—they are central to the process.

At the heart of my work is the belief that you already carry within you the capacity for healing, clarity, and wholeness. Therapy is a space where we slow down enough to access that inner knowing, make sense of your experiences, and gently support your return to congruence and self-trust. I integrate thoughtful clinical tools alongside what matters most to you—your values, identity, and inner wisdom—to support meaningful insight and lasting change.

I do not believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. Especially for mothers and women carrying the complexity of multiple roles, seasons, and identities, care must be intentional and individualized. Your therapy experience will be thoughtfully tailored to your needs, your nervous system, and your current season of life.

Throughout our work together, I aim to offer a space that feels grounding and restorative—where your story is held with care, your emotions are met with compassion, and nothing within you needs to be minimized or rushed. Above all, I hope you experience therapy here as a place where you feel deeply seen, safely held, and quietly returned to yourself.
