Pregnancy Loss, Infant Loss, Stillbirth & TFMR
The loss of a pregnancy or baby is a kind of grief that can feel both all-consuming and invisible at the same time. It changes you—and yet so much of it is carried quietly, often without others fully seeing or understanding. You deserve a space where your grief is not only welcome, but deeply understood.
Whether your loss was recent or years ago, it still matters. Your grief matters. Your baby matters. And you are not expected to simply “get over” your loss. In our work together, we will gently begin to process and integrate your grief while also making space to reconnect with hope.
As a clinician who has personally experienced infant loss, I understand how life-altering perinatal loss can be—from the loss of identity and sense of safety, to the secondary losses that often surface in the months that follow. I bring both professional training and personal experience into this work, so you don’t have to explain or justify your grief in order to feel seen.
Please Note: I do provide Couples Counseling, but only for couples seeking support with Perinatal Loss
Additional Types of Loss:
𑁍 Rare and/or Life-Limiting Fetal Diagnoses

Motherhood
Motherhood is a beautiful experience, and it can also bring up unexpected challenges. From the loss of identity, shifting roles and relationships, to carrying the mental load and navigating burnout and fatigue—moms carry so much.
And while we love our children and would do anything for them, it’s also okay to say we miss feeling like ourselves.
In our work together, we’ll gently reconnect you to your values and sense of identity, and explore what it looks like to bring more balance and care into your everyday life. Motherhood can be hard—but it doesn’t have to feel impossible. You deserve not only to recognize yourself again, but to truly know yourself.

Brainspotting
Brainspotting is a gentle, focused therapy approach that helps access and process what’s held in the nervous system—especially trauma, emotional pain, or places where you feel “stuck.”
Instead of relying only on talking through every detail of what you’ve been through, Brainspotting uses where you naturally hold attention in your visual field to help the brain and body begin to process experiences at a deeper, more somatic level. In other words, it works with your nervous system—not just your thoughts.
For moms especially, this can be a supportive and relieving approach. You are already carrying so much—emotionally, mentally, and physically—and Brainspotting doesn’t ask you to add more to your plate or retell every detail of your story in order for healing to happen. It meets you where you are, in a way that is gentle, contained, and deeply relational.
Many people experience it as a way to gently unburden the nervous system, reduce emotional intensity, and create more space for regulation and calm. It can offer both immediate relief in the moment and deeper processing over time, without requiring you to constantly revisit the full weight of what you’ve lived through.
At its core, it’s a way of helping your system release what it’s been holding and allow your brain to do what it was created to do—heal—so you can feel more grounded, more present, and more like yourself again.
