I’m a Littleton, Colorado-based therapist who specializes in helping women, mothers and couples find support, comfort and connection during the beautiful and heartbreaking moments of their parenting journeys.
Mayflower Counseling is named in honor of Mayflower Gulch—a place that holds the fullness of my motherhood journey and is deeply connected to my work as a counselor. It is where I hiked during my pregnancies with my oldest son and daughter, it is where we entrusted some of our precious daughter’s ashes after navigating infant loss, and it is also where we continue to experience deep joy together as a growing family. Mayflower Gulch carries both grief and hope, offering a place to integrate both the highs and lows of life.
In the same way, Mayflower Counseling represents what I hope each client will discover in their own journey: a space where the conflicting truths of life can be held together—where heartache and deep joy can coexist, where balance and peace are possible, and where beauty and wholeness can emerge from both.
