Hi, I'm Victoria, your compassionate counselor in the Littleton and South Suburban area.
I’m a Littleton, Colorado-based therapist who specializes in helping women, mothers, and couples find support, comfort, and connection during the beautiful and heartbreaking moments of their pregnancy, postpartum, and parenting journeys.
The story behind mayflower counselingA place to be held…
Mayflower Counseling is named in honor of Mayflower Gulch—a place that holds the fullness of my motherhood journey and is deeply connected to my work as a counselor.
Mayflower Gulch is where I hiked during my pregnancies with my oldest son and daughter. It is where we entrusted some of our precious daughter’s ashes after navigating infant loss. And it is the place where we continue to experience deep joy together as a family. Mayflower Gulch carries both grief and hope, offering a place to integrate both the highs and lows of life and my journey through motherhood.
In the same way, Mayflower Counseling represents what I hope each client will discover in their own journey: a space where not only the conflicting truths of life can be held together but where they can also be held. A place where heartache and deep joy can coexist, where balance and peace are possible, and where beauty and wholeness can emerge from both.
What makes Mayflower Counseling different…
𑁍 Anchored in Relationship
Victoria believes the relationship between therapist and client is everything. Feeling comfortable and connected with your therapist is vital—and research has shown that this relationship is the most important indicator for successful counseling! That’s why I provide counseling rooted in authentic relationship and empathic connection.
𑁍 Grounded in Clinical Excellence
Victoria believes clients deserve the best care possible. This means providing informed, ethical, and clinically excellent counseling services. As a Certified Perinatal Mental Health Practitioner (PMH-C), Victoria holds the highest credentials, advanced training, and certification to care for those navigating challenges within the perinatal period.
𑁍 Empathy Rooted in Experience
Victoria believes therapy is most powerful when it’s grounded in genuine understanding. As both a clinician and a woman who has navigated challenges & heartache in motherhood, I bring deep empathy that allows clients to feel understood because I truly “get it”—not just professionally, but personally. I show up with authenticity, compassion, and presence, creating a space where you don’t have to explain everything—just come as you are.
