Hi there, I’m Victoria

I provide specialized therapy for women, mothers, and couples navigating pregnancy, postpartum, pregnancy and infant loss, birth trauma, and the many emotional complexities of motherhood. I also work with women experiencing anxiety, depression, identity shifts, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. Using compassionate, evidence-based, trauma-informed therapy and Brainspotting, I help women throughout Littleton, the Denver Metro area, and across Colorado feel understood, supported, and empowered to heal.
