The Motherhood Collective
Specialty therapeutic and support groups, facilitated by licensed clinicians, for mothers, offered in person in Littleton and online throughout Colorado.
Our Current Offerings
-
A group supporting mothers who have experienced challenging or traumatic pregnancy, birth, and NICU journeys.
This group is for mothers seeking to process and receive support surrounding distressing or overwhelming experiences that occured during pregnancy, birth, NICU or the early postpartum period—experiences that may leave a lasting imprint on your body, your mind, and your sense of safety as you enter motherhood.
This group offers space to gently name these experiences, understand their impact, and begin to support your healing in connection with others who truly understand.
-
A group for mothers navigating challenges in the postpartum period.
Whether you’re wondering when & if you’ll ever feel like yourself again, struggling with identity shifts in motherhood, navigating anxiety, depression, or intrusive thoughts postpartum, or just feeling off in a way you can’t quite explain—you’re not alone. This is a space where you can show up as you are. There’s no pressure to have the right words or to hold it all together. Just a place to feel seen, understood, and supported.
-
A group for mothers navigating grief associated with late-term loss, stillbirth, and infant loss.
Facilitated by a clinician with personal experience of infant loss and professional expertise in perinatal loss, this group understands that the loss of a baby is a kind of grief that can feel both all-consuming and invisible at the same time. It changes you—and yet so much of it is carried quietly, often without others fully understanding. You deserve a space where your baby is honored and your grief is not only welcome, but deeply understood.
Our Team
Victoria Renken, MS, LPCC, PMH-C
Co-Founder & therapistWe’re Victoria and Marie, friends, moms, New England natives, therapists, and most importantly, the creators of The Motherhood Collective. We are perinatal specialists who are passionate about supporting women in all seasons of motherhood.
We cultivate a human-first, relationally rooted approach to our work—one where connection can happen naturally, authenticity is modeled, and support is found in community. Our goal is for mothers to know they are not alone, and that the empathy and guidance they receive is genuine, grounded in clinical expertise, and informed by the shared, lived experiences of two fellow moms who also happen to be therapists.
